上海宇辉住宅工业有限公司是集装配式建筑预制构件的生产、销售、安装，技术服务及施工总承包等一体化的建筑产业化综合型公司。拥有完全自主知识产权的装配式结构体系，累积获得国家专利一百多项，2010年住建部授予“国家住宅产业化基地”称号。公司拥有三条自动化生产线及一条异形构件生产线。PC构件设计年产能30万立方米。产品范围覆盖全预制剪力墙、夹芯保温墙板、双面叠合剪力墙及预制梁、楼梯、阳台等各种异形构件，已完成各类PC项目建设500多万平方米。
YuHui has independent intellectual property rights of Monolithic PC Structures which obtained more than one hundred patents equipped,and also was recognized as“National Housing Industrialization Base" by MOHURD (Ministry of Housing and Urban-Rural Development of the People’s Republic of China) in 2010.
The company owns three automatic production lines and a special-shaped precast elements production line.The annual capacity of the PC elements can be 300,000 ㎡.
The company products covers PC shear wall, Precast Sandwich Wall,Double Composite Shear Wall, and various special-shaped components such as precast beam, stairand balcony.
Presently,more than 5,000,000 ㎡ of the PC project construction have been completed by Yuhui.
